With 24 years of experience in seed marketing throughout the country, he has played an important role in implementing the Brand Building Strategy of NSPL.

Besides marketing, K. Venkat Rao also has a vast knowledge in Supply Chain, R & D and Administrative activities of the company and has made many valuable contributions in bringing NSPL to its present state. Particularly noteworthy is his instrumental role in setting up NCC Ginning units in the states of Maharashtra & A. P.
