Aided by the Group strength in Cotton seeds, NSL Textiles is the integrated textiles player with its presence in Ginning, Spinning, Weaving, Processing, Garmenting and Retail marketing.

NSL Cotton has 11 Cotton Ginning and Pressing (G & P) units in cotton growing locations of Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh. It has integrated the entire operations by establishing Integrated Cotton Farming involving over 50 thousand farmers by providing Quality Inputs, Credit Inputs, Insurance and Technical Advisory Services to the farmers so that the profitability of the farmers is enhanced.

With a total capacity of 27,000 TCD as on January 2012 , NSL Sugars has five integrated sugar plants spread across the states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Maharashtra.

NSL Renewable Power has Wind, Biomass, Hydel and Solar power projects to its portfolio. The company currently has 159.50 MW of operating capacity power, out of which 147.40 MW is wind power and 12 MW is Biomass Power. The company is in the process of setting up 700 MW of wind power projects in the states of Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu for which allotments are in place.

NSL Conventional Power is implementing two mega super critical thermal power projects with a total capacity of 3960 MW in the states of Tamil Nadu (two phases) and Orissa.

NSL Infratech is developing five IT and ITES SEZs besides building residential, commercial and retail spaces across the country. The Company has developed / owning more than 3 Million sft commercial space across Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai and more than 5 Million is under development in various cities in India.

ReGen manufactures wind turbines at its state-of-the-art production facility near Tada in Andhra Pradesh, India. The company currently manufactures about 500 Gearless Wind Turbine Generators of 1.5 MW capacity per annum. ReGen has technical licensing agreement with Vensys Energy AG, Germany.
